Document printing is probably last step for documentation & it needs to be setup correctly. I have observed some peoples, if they want to print any documents, they first send it to their android device and add the documents for printing via android. You can also print from your Google Chrome, just configure your printer correctly in your Google chrome and you have done.
To connect your classic printer, enable the Google Cloud Print connector on any (non-Chrome OS) computer that is already connected to your printer and able to print. You’ll need Google Chrome to be installed on the computer. If you’re using Windows XP, make sure you also have the Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed.
Once you have installed Google chrome on your computer, open Google chrome and go to setting menu. If you are unable to locate setting menu, try ‘chrome://settings/” & navigate to last option and click on the show advanced setting.
On Google Cloud print option, click on add printer.It will enable printing option on your chrome & take you to printer confirmation page.
Click on the add printer(s) button and it will show you success message:“Thanks, you’re ready to go! Your printers are now registered with Google Cloud Print.” You can manage your printers from manage printer option.
Now whenever you want to print any documents, click on print button, upload images, documents to be printed from your computer and once it uploaded you can send it to any printer just by clicking on the installed printer.
