Recently while surfing on my laptop, I was given alert by my laptop about battery low.I wanted to find how much percentage of battery is still remaining because I had some work to finished on it.But to my surprise I couldn’t able to check it from my windows system tray.I had searched it but I could not able to get it.After too many tries my battery got finished but I wanted the answer so I have plugged the charger in and finding the possible solution for that.I found it and I am sharing the same trick with you so that you will not have to pass from the same difficulties.

Follow the mentioned steps to show disappeared battery icon on your laptop’s system tray.

1.Go to Control panel by Start menu> Control Panel.

2.Choose power option from there & open it.

3.You will see power option properties window on your laptop screen.Go to advanced option from the menu.

4.You will see the option with checkbox saying that always show icon on the taskbar.Check the box and click on the apply button & then OK.You have done.

If you still unable to see the battery notification widget in your system tray, try rebooting your laptop.Still unable to see it, right click on the taskbar and choose the properties option.

Uncheck the box that says Hide inactive icons, click on apply button and click ok.Now reboot your system again, you will surely start seeing battery icon widget on your system tray.
