2 Ways to Convert Word To JPEG

It is a tedious task to create any file in MS Word and then prints it as an image. You can convert a word document into JPEG image file and then print. Suppose you have task list or calendar in MS Word file, and you want it to be set it as a desktop background, but it can not be set. As MS Word file can not be set as desktop background. However, you can convert that document file into an image and then configure it as your desktop wallpaper can be a solution for this.

How to Convert Word To JPEG

Method 1: Using “Paint” on Windows Computer

Step 2: Now Copy All Content of the Word file using copy function
Step 3: After this, Open “Paint” application on your computer

In Windows 7,

Go to ”Windows Start” button -> then click on “Search” option -> type “Paint”, Click on “Paint” to open it.

In Windows 8, 8.1 or later

From any screen, press the key combination; “Windows+S” -> then Type “Paint”, Click on “Paint” to open it.

Step 4: In the Paint application, Now Paste content using paste function
Step 5: Now Go to File option then Save as a JPEG format.

Method 2: Using “Snipping Tool” on Windows Computer

Step 1: Open MS Word Document, you want to convert into JPG format
Step 2: Now Go to “File” Option on the top left side of the screen, then click on “Print” option
Step 3: Here you can see “Print Preview” on the right side on screen and use the Zoom in Zoom Out Slider button until you can see the entire document without scrolling
Step 4: Now open “Snipping Tool” on your computer

In Windows 7,

Go to ”Windows Start” button -> then click on “Search” option -> type “Snipping Tool”, Click on “Snipping Tool” to open it.

In Windows 8, 8.1 or later

From any screen, press the key combination; “Windows+S” -> then Type “Snipping Tool”, Click on “Snipping Tool” to open it.

Step 5: Click “New” option in the floating toolbar of the Snipping tool then Choose “Rectangular Snip” option
Step 6: Now you have to click and drag the cursor from the Left side to right side of the document. Now release the click to open captured image.
Step 7: You can see captured an image in the Snipping Tool, go to “File” option then choose “Save As” to save captured data into JPEG image format.
